Order Processing
At TIMELESS SHOPPING CENTER, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after your package has been dispatched.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages arriving on different dates.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they enter the fulfillment process.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
